This week I added two pages to the website that I hope will continue to grow and become significant in the future.
First, in the books section, I added my new project, Musée. It’s a book centered on Helene, a Norwegian girl who posed for a drawing for the Butt project. A few months later, after a couple of collaborations, I asked her to participate in this one. It’s different from my other books because in this case I’m including some of the photos she sends me, which, along with some text, complement each drawing. It offers a glimpse into my way of working, which is why it’s a special project—and one I’d like to expand to feature other models. In fact, even though this one isn’t even 50% complete, I’m already working on another one. I’ll only be printing 10 copies (as of today, only two are still available).
The second page I’ve added is in the “My Photos” section and features a photo shoot I did with Gracie, a Ukrainian model. Until now, the photos I took were always kept private, but in this case, I have her permission to offer them for sale. I’ll keep updating the page as I create more drawings, and I’d like to collaborate with more models in this way, at least once a month.
It’s been an intense and productive week.
